Privacy Policy

Effective 22 July 2026. This policy covers the yourkeytoit.com website. If you are a customer using the yourKEYtoIT platform, the handling of data you put into the product is governed by your customer agreement with us; this policy does not replace it.

1. Who we are

yourKEYtoIT is a product of Brigade Management, Inc. ("we", "us"). For anything in this policy, contact privacy@yourkeytoit.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and reply to you.

• Information you send us. When you complete a form on this site, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, email address, organization, an optional phone number and your message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, user agent, the page requested and the time. This is used to serve the site, keep it available and defend it against abuse.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, where you have asked for one, to arrange a demo.
• To send product updates, where you have specifically asked to receive them. Every such message includes a way to stop them.
• To keep the site secure and working, including blocking abusive traffic.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations where they apply.

Where the law requires a lawful basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site, on your consent for product update emails, and on contract where you become a customer.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not add you to a marketing sequence because you asked a support or security question.

5. Who else is involved

We keep the number of third parties small. To operate this site we rely on service providers for hosting and content delivery, and for email delivery and receipt. They process data on our instructions in order to provide those services. If you need the current list of providers for a vendor assessment, ask privacy@yourkeytoit.com and we will give it to you.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, and we will not do so voluntarily beyond that.

6. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to identify and filter malicious traffic. If we later add anything that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting it and update this policy.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
• Product update subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe.
• Server and security logs: retained for a short period by our provider for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.

8. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent to product update emails at any time.

Email privacy@yourkeytoit.com and we will respond. We do not charge for this, and we will not make you justify the request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you may be entitled to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

This site and the yourKEYtoIT platform are business tools and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so data may be processed outside the country you are in. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place for such transfers. Ask privacy@yourkeytoit.com if you need the specifics for an assessment.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will contact you rather than rely on you noticing.
