The terms that apply to this website.

Effective 22 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the yourkeytoit.com website. They are not the agreement that governs use of the yourKEYtoIT platform — that is a separate written agreement entered into with each customer.

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Brigade Management, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

You may view and use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using our products. You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, other than good-faith security research conducted in line with our security page;
  • interfere with the availability of the site or use it to distribute malware or unsolicited messages;
  • scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the site for a competing commercial purpose.

3. Information on this site

We aim to describe our products accurately and to distinguish clearly between what exists today and what is planned. Even so, the content of this site is provided for general information. It does not form part of any contract, and it is not a warranty, a commitment to deliver a particular feature, or professional advice for your situation.

4. Pricing and availability

Any pricing, plan or availability information shown here is indicative and may change. Binding commercial terms are those set out in a written quotation or agreement signed with us.

5. Intellectual property

The yourKEYtoIT name, logo and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors, except where third-party material is used under license. The site design is based on a commercially licensed template used under its license terms. You may not use our name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee that this website will be available uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service commitments for the yourKEYtoIT platform, where they exist, are set out in the customer agreement.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Our handling of personal information through this site is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law that applies to you as a consumer gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
