Where we hire
We are a small team inside Brigade Management, Inc. Most of what we do is IT delivery — running projects, standing up service desks, onboarding customers and building the product. We are glad to hear from strong people across these areas, whether or not there is a posting open today.
Project management
IT project and program managers who can run intake, delivery, change and reporting. PMP or equivalent is a plus.
Service desk & IT support
People who have carried a ticket queue and know what good triage, a real knowledge base and clean escalation look like.
Implementation & onboarding
Customer-facing implementers who get a new team live — data in, integrations wired, and people confident using it.
Software engineering
Engineers who like shipping a focused product carefully — front end, back end, and the integrations that connect it to real systems.
Something else
