Pricing questions
What counts as an editor?
An editor is anyone who signs in to create or change work: project managers, engineers, analysts, whoever is actually delivering. You are billed for those people and nobody else. Viewers are free and unlimited — invite every sponsor and executive who wants visibility and it costs you nothing.
What can a viewer do?
A viewer can open every dashboard, project, schedule and report, and leave comments on any project — so a sponsor can ask a question or record a decision without being able to change the plan. They cannot create or edit records. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan, and you can change someone between viewer and editor at any time.
Are the add-ons required?
No. Every plan is complete on its own for IT project delivery. The add-ons are there if you want more in the same place — Service Desk, IT Inventory and People Lifecycle are $10 per editor per month each. Vendor Scope & Accountability, Coverage Reconciliation and Compliance Readiness are $15 per editor per month each, or all three as the Governance & Risk suite for $25 per editor per month. You can switch any of them on or off at any time.
Can we move plans later?
Yes. Plans change as your team does, and moving between them does not require a migration or a rebuild of your projects.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your project data is yours. Export is available on every plan, in a format you can load elsewhere, and it is not held back as a retention tactic. See the privacy policy for how data is handled and deleted.
How is our data kept secure?
Each organization's data is isolated with row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up daily; changes are recorded in an audit history rather than edited silently. We are also explicit about what we do not claim — see our security page for the detail.
