The site design is based on a commercially licensed template used under its license terms. You may not use our name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
7. Availability
We do not guarantee that this website will be available uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service commitments for the yourKEYtoIT platform, where they exist, are set out in the customer agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website, our products or our services.
In no event shall the total liability of Brigade Management, Inc. arising out of or relating to your use of this website, our products or our services exceed the total amount you paid to us for the applicable product or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, where no such amount was paid, one hundred United States dollars, US $100).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
