Take the tour

A guided look at yourKEYtoIT — from the first request to the record left behind — so you can see whether it fits before you book a call. No sign-up required.

Step 1 · Intake

Start with the whole portfolio

Every request and project lands in one view: what is active, how confident delivery is, what is waiting on approval, and where the risk sits. This is the front door — work is triaged here rather than arriving as a hallway conversation.

The phase schedule, calculating each task's finish date in working days across a work-breakdown structure while skipping weekends, holidays and change-freeze windows

Step 2 · Plan

Plan the work the way you will run it

Break a project into phases and tasks with real dependencies. Finish dates are calculated in working days — skipping weekends, holidays and change-freeze windows — so the schedule reflects the estate rather than a wish.

Step 3 · Resource

Commit people you actually have

Capacity is drawn from real assignments across every project a person is on, with a reserve held back for support and on-call. When someone asks whether a new request can start next month, the answer comes with the arithmetic behind it.

Step 4 · Deliver

Keep risks owned, not buried

A live RAID log per project, with a probability-and-impact view, so risks are owned and reviewed as the work runs — instead of surfacing for the first time in the post-mortem. An AI forecast reads the schedule, register and changes to flag delivery risk before you've logged it.

Step 5 · Justify

Make the case when you need to

Where a project has to be justified, the SWOT and TOWS analysis, business case and benefits sit alongside the plan — not in a separate deck that goes stale the day after the steering meeting.

The SWOT and TOWS analysis view, pairing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the strategies drawn from them
The append-only audit log, recording every create and change with the record affected, the person and the timestamp

Step 6 · Close

Leave a record that survives turnover

Every approval, scope change, status transition and decision is written to an append-only history with the person and the time. When the engineer who ran the migration leaves, the reasoning does not leave with them.

Seen enough?
